cmd-tab doesnt cycle through local mac apps when RDPed in.

ssh tunneling does not obey ssh key authentication (who uses passwords anymore?)

When VNCing to a dual monitor machine, the panning around seems a bit much. Move the mouse around just a little and the whole screen pans even though its not necessary.
