Lack of keyboard support and TLS

The app is pleasing to the eye and certainly nice that it supports both VNC and RDP but what I fail to understand is why do I have to select which keyboard layout I want to use before logging in to my server. Since Im from Iceland I require certain special characters but they remain unavailable since I cant select Icelandic as my keyboard layout - even if the remote server has Icelandic selected by default. Also the client is lacking TLS support so Im unable to log in to remote server that require encrypted clients. Im glad that I only bought this for $2 instead of the full price.
