great app

I have been using this for a few years now, it has given me no trouble, and I sometimes work using a 1.6Mb connection. When I had a small issue recently support emailed me within 4 hours and problem solved. There have been a few poor ratings, but no details. I also use Team Viewer, can’t see any difference in the performance. I use this app mostly to help family and friends with computer issues, Windoze and Mac.
If I was to suggest an improvement it would be to Group the remote hosts.
